防水施工材料准备及技术质量要求
Waterproof construction material preparation and technical quality requirements
①、地下室所有一切的防水材料，必须是有经过人防质监部门认可发有准用证的防水材料。
① All waterproof materials in the basement must be waterproof materials approved and issued with a permit by the human prevention and quality supervision department.
②、地下防水、卫生间防水工程所用的防水材料必须有经过国家质量检验过的产品合格证书和性能检查报告，材料的品种、规格、性能等应符合现行国家产品标准和设计要求。不合格的材料坚决不得在工程中使用。
② The waterproof materials used in the underground waterproof and toilet waterproof works must have the product qualification certificate and performance inspection report that have passed the national quality inspection. The variety, specification and performance of the materials shall meet the current national product standards and design requirements. Unqualified materials shall not be used in the project.
③、屋面工程所采用的防水、保温隔热材料应有产品合格证书和性能检测报告，材料的品种、规格、性能等应符合现行国家产品标准和设计要求。
③ The waterproof, thermal insulation materials used in the roof engineering shall have product qualification certificate and performance test report, and the type, specification and performance of the materials shall meet the current national product standards and design requirements.
